Mystical Star — Wind & Frost Sculptural Form

This star started as a simple idea — a frost-like pattern for a Christmas decoration.

But as I worked on it, it gradually turned into something else.

The lines began to flow and connect, forming a shape that feels more organic than decorative.
Not just a pattern, but a small sculptural object.

I created this piece as a digital sculpture, originally thinking about 3D printing in rainbow PLA.
But the form turned out to be much more flexible than that.

It works well as a decorative object, and at the same time it can exist in a smaller scale — almost like a sculptural jewelry piece.

These images show the digital sculpture.

Here you can clearly see how the surface is built — all the lines, transitions, and how they move toward the center.

The form may look symmetrical at first, but it is not perfectly repeated.
Each direction develops a bit differently, which makes it feel more natural.

Below is the physical version of the sculpture.

I printed it to understand how the form behaves in real material — especially all the small details and thin elements.

This step is important, because it shows that the object is not just a digital image, but something that can exist in reality.

In a real space, the object feels different.

It can work as a wall decoration, a holiday piece, or even something more personal — depending on scale and material.
