Children’s Sled Plate — Premium 3D Model Based on a Real Object

This 3D model represents a children’s sled plate — a simple but iconic object used for sliding down snowy hills.

The model was created as a personal project and later prepared for sale on 3D marketplaces.
The model is based on a real sled plate my son used when he was younger, which allowed me to recreate accurate proportions and capture the subtle details of its shape.

This approach ensures a natural, believable result, while also reflecting a careful study of real-world objects — an important part of achieving high-quality, production-ready 3D models.

Special attention was given to clean polygonal modeling and surface quality. The geometry is carefully built with smooth transitions and well-controlled edges, ensuring clean shading and consistent reflections across the entire model.

The material was also developed with a focus on realism, capturing the look of molded plastic with subtle reflections and soft highlights. This makes the model especially suitable for close-up product visualizations and commercial rendering.

Wireframe and shaded preview images clearly demonstrate the structure of the geometry and the quality of the surface.

Due to its clean and production-ready topology, the model can be used not only for visualization, but also as a base for further product development and custom applications.

The 3D model is available for purchase on selected marketplaces.
