Vector Preparation for Plotter Cutting

This project demonstrates the process of preparing graphic designs for cutting plotter production.

The original artwork, provided by the client, was visually complex and suitable for raster-based printing, but not for vector cutting processes.

To make the design production-ready, the artwork was carefully reconstructed into a clean vector format, where each color and element is separated into precise, single-layer shapes.

This process required not only graphic design skills, but also a clear understanding of the technical limitations of plotter cutting and heat-transfer materials.

The final result is a fully optimized vector file, allowing accurate cutting and application onto textile surfaces using heat-transfer film.

This type of work reflects a deeper level of design practice, where visual quality must be aligned with real-world production requirements.
