Stray Waves — Logo Design

This logo was created as one of the first identity concepts for a personal portfolio website.

Originally developed in 2004, it went through several variations, including an earlier version with the name “Life in Dreams”, which was used for the very first version of the site. The concept later evolved into “Stray Waves”, reflecting a shift in direction and visual identity.

The name “Stray Waves” was chosen as a reference to the idea of a ronin — a masterless samurai — symbolizing independence and a self-directed creative path. In this context, it represents the concept of a freelance artist working outside traditional structures.

The design is based on a minimal line composition, combining a stylized skyline with a wave-like form, creating a balance between structure and fluidity.

Although the studio concept was later completely redesigned, this logo remains an important part of the early creative foundation and exploration of visual identity.
