Furniture Catalog Visualization with Integrated Real Sofa

This project is part of a series of interior visualizations created for an upholstered furniture manufacturer “Amers” (Ukraine), developed for use in advertising catalogs and product presentations.

Unlike traditional 3D renders, the final images combine a fully modeled interior with real product photography of the sofa.
To achieve a seamless result, each scene was carefully constructed to match the perspective, proportions, and lighting conditions of the original photograph.

A simplified 3D proxy model of the sofa was used during the setup phase.
This allowed accurate calculation of shadows, reflections, and global illumination within the scene. Once the lighting and composition were finalized, the 3D model was replaced with the original product image.

Special attention was given to material balance and light interaction.
The goal was to ensure that the photographed object naturally “belongs” to the environment, without visible compositing artifacts.

The project was developed in close collaboration with the client, with a strong focus on detail and visual consistency, ensuring that the final images present the product in a realistic and appealing interior context.
