Residential Building 3D Model for Architectural Visualization

3D model of a multistory residential building in the center of Kyiv, created for use in promotional materials.

The model was developed for architectural visualization, with a focus on accurate proportions, clean topology, and efficient geometry suitable for large-scale structures.

In addition to the main building, surrounding structures were modeled to provide spatial context and a more realistic representation of the urban environment.

All elements are logically organized, allowing flexible material assignment and easy integration into rendering workflows and presentation scenes.

The model is optimized for visualization while maintaining clarity across both large surfaces and detailed architectural elements.

Suitable for real estate visualization and marketing presentations.
