Complex Carved Facade — Digital Sculpting for CNC Production

High-detail digital sculpting of a complex carved facade developed for custom furniture production.

The project was created for the company “PINKADO” (Ukraine), based on reference materials and classical ornamental compositions used in luxury interiors.

The facade consists of multiple integrated elements — a structural frame, central medallion, and layered ornamental relief — forming a cohesive sculptural system rather than a single decorative piece.

All sculptural components were created in ZBrush using a clay-based workflow, allowing precise control over depth, transitions, and ornamental flow typical for carved wood.

The model was prepared for CNC milling, ensuring clean geometry and production-ready surfaces.

Due to its modular structure, the design can be adapted to different furniture formats, sizes, and configurations, making it suitable for both manufacturing and high-end visualization.
