Bulldog Sculptural Pendant

This sculptural pendant was created for a well-known bulldog breeder in the United States and developed in close collaboration under the supervision of Betty Davey (Seawyx Studios),
guided by detailed drawings and strong visual direction.

The 3D sculptural form was carefully refined, with precise attention to the specific characteristics of the breed.
Each element — from the structure of the head and jaw to the distinctive folds of the skin and the expression — was shaped with control and intention, supported by continuous feedback throughout the process.

The pendant was conceived as a solid sculptural object, with a strong focus on form, presence, and clarity at scale.
The result is a highly defined miniature sculpture, reflecting both the character of the breed and the precision of the design process.

The full size of the pendant is approximately 3 inches in height and it was designed for production in sterling silver, with deep dark oxidation enhancing the sculptural depth.
