Bowl of Hygieia — Logo Design Concept

This project presents a reinterpretation of the classical medical symbol known as the “Bowl of Hygieia”.

The work originated from a request to recreate a standard version of the symbol, but was further developed into an independent concept exploring a more minimal and expressive visual approach.

The design is based on a continuous flowing line, combining the bowl and the serpent into a single dynamic form. The simplified structure enhances clarity while preserving the symbolic meaning of the original emblem.

Although the concept was not used in the initial project, it later attracted independent interest and was eventually licensed for use by a medical organization.

This work reflects an early exploration of symbolic reduction and demonstrates how a traditional emblem can be reinterpreted through a modern graphic language.
