Custom Acrylic Balusters — 3D Modeling and Production PreparationBalusters. Design adaptation, 3D modeling and visualization.These 3D models of decorative balusters were developed for a manufacturer specializing in custom acrylic furniture. The work was based on reference images and design directions provided by the client. My role was to translate these references into refined, production-ready 3D models with improved proportions, clean geometry, and consistent surface quality. Each baluster was carefully modeled to ensure smooth transitions, precise detailing, and suitability for manufacturing processes, particularly considering the optical and reflective properties of acrylic materials. In addition to modeling, I created visualization renders demonstrating different arrangement options of the balusters for staircase design. Visualization and technical presentationThe project includes both presentation renders and technical views of the models. Neutral material renders allow evaluation of form, proportions, and detailing, while wireframe images demonstrate the quality of the polygonal topology and overall model structure. This approach provides a clear understanding of both the visual result and the technical integrity of the models. |

Some of the models developed in this project were further refined as standalone assets. They feature clean topology, precise detailing, and production-ready geometry, making them suitable for both manufacturing and high-end visualization. Selected models may also appear as part of my extended portfolio on 3D platforms. |
